He kept putting it off. Paperwork over summer comfort till one Boiling hot June Day! Hitsugaya Toushirou couldn't take the heat! It wasn't helping that his hair was part of the problem. So while reading a book his ninth seat, ((My OC character)) Pan Marlon AKA Tenon, gave him his regular hair cut. Mind you she wasn't thrilled that he waited this long. After a while she got over it.
